Fractional real-estate infrastructure connecting investor, issuer, authority and operations workflows with an on-chain ownership register.

## The business challenge

Bring property offerings, approvals, subscriptions, ownership records and distributions into a traceable workflow across distinct market roles.

## The connected solution

Four dedicated portals coordinate authority review, offering setup, fiat subscription workflows, compliance and escrow checks, and issuance on an on-chain register. Audit trails and reconciliation connect operational records with ownership units; income allocation and transfers complete the lifecycle.
