Optional visit statistics

Google Analytics is optional. Its script is loaded only after you accept Analytics on the production website. Rejecting it leaves the portfolio and Solution Lab available. Local and preview addresses do not load Google Analytics, including after acceptance.

When accepted, Analytics helps measure page visits. The site removes query strings and fragments from the page address and referrer it supplies to Analytics. Its Analytics code does not send the text of your business challenge or generated blueprint as events. Advertising storage, advertising personalisation and Google signals are disabled in this implementation.

Analytics can use cookies such as _ga and _ga_9GMWXWKC2K. You can reject or withdraw Analytics through Cookie settings in the footer of every page. Withdrawal disables further Analytics in this page, attempts to remove accessible Analytics cookies and, when the rejection is saved, reloads the page to remove the loaded tag. Withdrawal cannot recall information already sent to Google.

Remembering your choice

Your accepted or rejected Analytics choice is saved in this browser’s local storage for up to 180 days, together with its notice version and timestamp. This preference is used to apply your choice, not to profile you. Clearing browser data, changing browsers or expiration can make the choice appear again.

If browser storage is unavailable, Analytics stays off unless you explicitly accept it on the current page. The interface explains when a choice cannot be saved. You can still reject Analytics or reopen Cookie settings.

The optional Gemini Solution Lab

The four curated examples make no AI request. If personalised blueprints are enabled, submitting a business challenge sends that description and selected public portfolio facts to Google Gemini to generate a draft. Leave out confidential information, personal information, passwords and API keys. A blueprint is a starting point for human review.

The application does not persist challenge descriptions or generated answers. They remain in the page while you use it. Google’s handling, retention and use of API inputs and outputs depend on the API account, billing status and applicable terms; the application’s retention behavior is not a promise about Google’s processing. Verification and usage protection

When the live Solution Lab is enabled, Cloudflare Turnstile verifies browser requests to limit automated abuse. This verification can process browser and network information. Read Cloudflare’s privacy policy.

The server uses a signed, first-party kt_ai_session cookie for up to 24 hours to apply the browser’s trial allowance. It is HttpOnly, uses SameSite restrictions and is Secure on HTTPS. This security cookie is separate from optional Analytics.

Usage protection stores hashed session and IP identifiers, request timestamps, counters and budget reservations. It does not store challenge descriptions or generated answers. Request allowances use rolling windows; spending accounting uses daily and monthly periods. Accounting state can remain stored beyond a request window, so this notice does not promise deletion after 24 hours.

Fonts, hosting and email

The site currently requests its typefaces from Google Fonts. These font requests occur independently of optional Analytics and can disclose request metadata, including an IP address, to the font provider. See Google Fonts privacy information.

The hosting service may process request metadata, such as IP addresses, requested paths, timestamps and errors, to serve and protect the site. Hosting log retention depends on the hosting configuration; no fixed retention period is claimed here.

Contact links open your email application. There is no contact form or mailing-list signup. If you send an email, its contents and address are processed to respond to your enquiry through the email service.
